After access ends you can still view and share your existing records, but you can’t add, change or delete them until you subscribe again. Moving from Plus to Basic pauses team sharing and cloud backup; nothing is deleted.

Will the free trial charge me?
No. New customers get one 30-day free trial of Basic. It needs no payment details and does not automatically become a subscription. A purchase starts only when you choose a plan and confirm payment.
Can I use a team during the free trial?
The trial is Basic, for one person. To invite your team during or after the trial, choose Plus in the app.
Can I switch between Basic and Plus?
Yes. Upgrading to Plus starts straight away. Moving to Basic starts at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for. Your records are never deleted.
Is a yearly plan billed each month?
No. Yearly plans are paid once a year: Basic £79.99 or Plus £119.99. The monthly figures shown are rounded equivalents.
How do I manage or cancel an iPhone subscription?
Manage your subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Paid access continues until the end of the paid period after cancellation. The app shows the price and renewal terms before you confirm purchase.
How do I manage or cancel an Android subscription?
Open the Google Play Store app, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions, and choose Food Hygiene Record Book.
Does every team member pay?
No. With Plus, your authorised team for the selected business is covered by that business's plan. Each additional business has separate access.
What if I have complimentary access?
Complimentary access can be granted separately by the administrator, on Basic or Plus. Your business access status is shown inside the app.
