Your local records stay available.

Ending the trial or subscription does not delete the food-safety records stored on the device. The business can continue viewing, creating and editing its local records.

Connected features pause safely.New report exports, cloud synchronisation and team collaboration require active paid or complimentary access.

Daily recording is designed to work offline

Staff can keep completing local checks where the signal is poor. Online access is used when the business chooses backup, team collaboration or report sharing.

Pricing questions

Before starting the trial.

Will the 30-day trial charge me?

No. The app-access trial starts without payment details, does not auto-renew and cannot charge you. A purchase begins only after the business owner chooses to subscribe and confirms it through Apple.

Does every team member pay?

No. Paid or complimentary access follows the selected business and covers the people the owner authorises for that business.

Can I manage more than one business?

Yes. One account can hold multiple businesses, but access is priced and managed separately for each business.

What happens if I cancel?

The subscription remains available until the paid period ends. Local records are not deleted, while new report exports, cloud synchronisation and team collaboration pause when access ends.
