    Use Home to find opening checks, temperatures and cleaning. Record the work as you complete it.

    Back up and share.

    Verify your account for eligible PDF exports. Cloud backup is available during your trial and after you subscribe; switch it on in the app when you are ready. Team access becomes available once you subscribe. Roles and access limits apply.

My leaflet says 14 days. Which trial do I get?

The app-managed trial has been extended to 30 days. An older printed leaflet does not shorten the current trial. The app shows your business’s eligibility and remaining access.

Will the trial automatically charge me?

No. The app-managed trial needs no payment details and does not automatically become a subscription. Payment begins only when you choose to subscribe and confirm the store purchase.

What can I do after the trial?

Your records are locked: you can still view them and share your existing records, but you can’t add, change or delete records until you subscribe monthly or yearly. Cloud synchronisation and team features need paid or complimentary access. Invited members become read-only if shared business access expires.

Can I use it without a signal?

Local record keeping works offline. Registration, backup, team sync, purchases and external guidance use the internet. PDF export requires verified-account and eligible-access checks.

Is the yearly plan available?

Yes. The yearly plan is £79.99 per business, and the monthly plan is £7.99 per business. Check the app for confirmed purchase terms before you subscribe.

How do I recover existing records?

Use the same verified backup account to recover records that were successfully backed up. Do not delete the app to troubleshoot until your important records are safely exported or backed up. Read backup help.
